Immersion Preparatory Notes:

Please arrive dressed to be immersed. (Suggestion: dark t-shirt and dark shorts-- these hold the least amount of water--we do NOT recommend jeans or long skirts.)

Please bring 2 Towels Per Person (this helps us keep our floors dry!).

Please bring dry clothes to change into once immersed. (Suggestion: please pack ladies and mens clothes in separate bags as the changing rooms are separated. This helps our ushers!)
