Join Curt Landry as he discusses the previous week’s Prophetic Words spoken out by Dr. Luke Holter. He offers a word of encouragement, comparing the congregation to Joshua –explaining that just like Joshua we are experiencing the pains of transition as we journey from the Wilderness into the Promised Land.
Although Joshua had prepared much by spending time in the presence of God, nothing could prepare him for the death of Moses.
“‘Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.’” –Joshua 1:9
We too must not be afraid to face the promise. Although it may look daunting to cross the river Jordan into the land we have been promised, ultimately the Lord will go before us in all that we do.
During the service two young men who have just graduated from high-school are given a special word from the Lord that also relates to the congregation and their current spiritual location. Pastor Tim Alsbaugh and Curt Landry share that God has a plan and future for these two. They go on to express that our heavenly Father is working to restore hope within the Body of Christ.
Later, Curt Landry invites testimonies from those who received prophetic words from Dr. Luke Holter the previous week. During this time of sharing many women are touched by the power of the Holy Spirit, as they receive prayer.
- Some things lost and some things gained; a successful life is not about more. Quality of life is determined by having enough of the “right things” to obtain the goals of your calling. Therefore, the loss of distractions is in fact gain.”
- “Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.” – Amos 3:7
- “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.” – Philippians 4:19-20
